Yun on BBC Countryfile

BBC Countryfile featured Pembrokeshire Fish Week in 2009. In this clip Matt Baker interviews Yun about his work and samples some of the natural ingredients to be found growing in the lush green countryside of this part of Wales. Finally they head down to the seashore, where they cook up a delicious dinner of sea bass and foraged sea beet, served with elderflower champagne.
